covenant for the production of title deeds between George and Joseph Court of Charlecote, farmers, and John Court of Warwick, hotel keeper (sons, and trustees of the will of the late George Court of Charlecote, farmer), of the first part, the Reverend Francis Richard Miller, vicar of Kineton, of the second part, and Ann Smith of Kineton, spinster, of the third part, concerning the Red Lion Inn and two closes called Askews Piece in Kineton, held by copy of court roll of the manor of Great Kineton; which premises, formerly in the tenure of the late George Court, were sold, together with other property, by his trustees on 31 March 1852; and at which sale the said Ann Smith was the purchaser of the Red Lion Inn and two closes called Askews Piece in Kineton, and the Reverend Franics Richard Miller of lands which formed the greater part of the estate of the late George Court, for which he has therefore retained the deeds; with schedule from 1788
