Articles of agreement between Joseph Mason of Southwark, co. Surrey, dyer, and Thomas Docker of Berkeswell, yeoman, of the one part, and John Mallory the elder of Kenilworth, yeoman, and John Bree of Beausale, gentleman, of the other part, made on the marriage of Joseph Mason to Mary Mallory, daughter of the said John Mallory, namely that Joseph Mason will give £250 to trustees (John Mallory, Thomas Docker and John Bree) to buy land to hold to the use of Joseph Mason and his intended wife for their lives with remainder to their issue.
