Declaration by John Fareley, Evesham, weaver, that £5 due upon bond [ER 14/17/1] is to be added to principal sum of £33 due upon mortgage by said John Fareley, Mary his wife and Mary Farely his mother, made 5 April 1697 to said Thomas Cookes, bart., in re messuage and garden in Evesham in which said John Fareley lives.
