Memorandum of Agreement between Benjamin Wiggins, Hook Norton, Oxon., yeoman, and Decimus Slatter, Henry Clark and Stephen Godson (Enclosure Commissioners for Cherington) for the setting up of a mound and hedge round land to be allotted to the Rector of Cherington in lieu of tithes and glebe.
