Draft release by Ann Buswell, widow and devisee in fee of William Buswell, deceased, to Thomas Jarvis, Westcot Barton, Oxon., woolcomber, for £75 of messuage and close in Westcot Barton aforesaid, in occupation said Thomas Jarvis, which she had by devise under the will, 20 November 1789 of her late husband.
