Description
Case, with the Opinion of Francis Wheler, Whitley, as to whether the Commissioners might be empowered to stop up a road adjoining the common fields, over which road the inhabitants of Stratford-upon-Avon have from time immemorial enjoyed herbage. Map attached (Road in question is Back Lane and Arden Street from Cotteril's Stile to Birmingham Road.
