Deed of sale by Thomas Blackford, of Butlers Marston, yeoman, to Daniel Smyth of Stratford upon Avon, yeoman, for 100 marks and in performance of covenants in indentures of 10 July last past, of a messuage etc. in Sheep Street, [cf. no. 17] lying between a tenement in the tenure of Henry Tommes on the west, a garden in the tenure of Gilbert Charnock on the north, a barn of the dissolved College of Stratford on the east and Sheep Street on the south.
