Description

Assignment by William Smith, of Claverdon, `chirurgeon' and Thomas Windmills, of Langley, in Claverdon, yeoman, to Henry Yearwood, of Warwick, gent., for £65, of a messuage in Bridge Street, known as the George, and now or late in the tenure of Robert Sharpe and John Wood, built on the site of two messuages originally leased, 23 January 1613, by John Browne to John Ingram (seeER2/33), and vested in the said William Smith and Thomas Windmills as executors of Thomas Hall, late of Claverdon, yeoman.
