Description

Mortgage by William Oldaker, of Stratford upon Avon, meal merchant, to Edmund Higginson, of London, merchant, Thomas Hunt of Tanworth and Joseph Harding, of Solihull, gentleman, trustees of William Harding of Calcutta, esq., of the Mill House, two water corn mills and an oil mill, with the mill-close and other lands, the fishery from the west-end of the Chancel to the Weir meadow, etc. all in the parish of Old Stratford or Stratford upon Avon, to secure the payment of £2000 and interest.
