Lease from Richard Clarke of Wellington, co. Heref., gent., and Anthony Nashe of Wellcom, gent., to Sir John Conway, of Ragley, Knt., of the tithes of Luddington, together with Luddington Barn' hereto the scyte or mansion place of the late dissolved colledge of Stratford upon Avon' all which premises were parcel of the possessions of the said late dissolved College and have been for divers years and now are in the tenure of the said Sir John Conwaie; for 21 years at a yearly rent of £12 and a payment in hand of £60.
