Lease by the Bailiff and Burgesses of Stratford upon Avon to John Keyt, senior, of Ebrington, co. Glouc., esq., of `all the tythes of wooll and lambe and all mannour of other small and privy tythes' of Bridgetown and Clopton in the parish of Old Stratford for 5 years at a yearly rent of £6, excepting the `alterages and personall offrings of the Easter Booke' and the tythe from Clopton Grove and from lands purchased by Thomas Combe, late of Welcombe, esq., out of the lordship of Bridgtown from Thomas Clopton, late of Clopton, esq., deceased. Witnesses: John Hobday, Thomas Keyt, Thomas Smyth.
