Lease from Mary Hall, widow of William Hall, and heretofore wife of Henry Bradley of Wordsley, co. Staffs., yeoman, to William Winshurste of Wordsley, yeoman, of a moiety of all the copyhold messuages, lands, etc. late of Nicholas Bradley, deceased, father of the said Henry, in the parish of Kings Swynford, co. Staffs., for 60 years, if she so long live, at a yearly rent of £25. Witnesses: Nicholas Compson, John Nurthall, John Walker and Thomas Bradley.
