Mortgage by Richard Newman and John Newman, his son and heir, of Stratford-upon-Avon, yeoman, to William Eaborne of Allesley, esq. of a messuage, etc. in Stratford at the end of Henley Street, in the tenure of the said Richard Newman, with a barn called 'The Great Barne' near thereto in the tenure of one John Smith, gent., for 500 years to secure the payment of £200 with interest at 5 per cent. Witnesses: John Cox, Richard Smithe, Thomas Challoner, Robert Smith and Calaby Oadham.
