Release by Samuel Roe of Birmingham, carpenter, brother and heir of John Roe, late of Stratford, joiner, deceased and Elizabeth Roe, late of Stratford-upon-Avon but now of Snitterfield, widow, his mother, to Thomas Gray of the Three Tuns, with stable, etc. in Bridge Street, Stratford, as mortgaged in ER3/408.
