Description

Conveyance by Richard Merrill, citizen and cloth worker of London, and Winifred his wife and Adam Merrill, citizen and clothworker of London, to William Wells of Norton, co. Glouc., yeoman, for £38, of a cottage and close called 'Jack Gubbill' in Fullready in the parish of Eatington [Ettington] and 'two lands, selions or rudges arrable with their hades baulkes or meeres' in the common fields of Upper Eatington, all which premises were purchased by Richard Merrill, father of the said Richard, from William Halford junior of Halford. Witnesses: Richard Halford, Benjamin Strong and John Neale.
