Worc., esq., deceased, and Edward Underhill and Hercules Underhill of London, grocers, his uncles, to Edward Canninge senior, of Upper Eatington [Ettington], butcher, for £145 paid to Edward Underhill first-named, of two messuages, one yardland, etc. in Upper Eatington in the tenure of Thomas Kitchin and Francis Walker.
