Description
Demise dated 15 March 1680/1 (Old style) [1681], by Thomas Milward of Besford Court, co. Worc., gent., to William Milward of London, goldsmith, and Benjamin Milward of Welford, co. Glouc., clerk, of a messuage, five closes, containing together 5 acres, 1 rood, and barns, stables, etc. in Welford, for 500 years, in trust for Anne Izard of Welford, widow, mother of the said Thomas, William and Benjamin by William Milward her former husband, for her life, and at her death to secure the payment by the said Thomas Milward of £80 to the purposes of her will, she having on such condition conveyed the premises to him on the day preceding. Witnesses: Thomas Jakeman, Anne Milward and Joseph Hawdon.
