Lease from Sir John Clopton of Clopton, Knt., to John Freeman of Stratford-upon-Avon, joiner, of a messuage, close and garden in Bridgtowne in the parish of Old Stratford, late in the occupation of William Greeneway for 7 years, at a yearly rent of £6. Witnesses: John Wake and Richard Smithe.
