Fine levied at Westminster, Trinity Term, 11 George I [1725], by John Holloway and Elizabeth, his wife and Thomas Rawbone and Jane, his wife to Thomas Webb, esq., and John Welle, of a messuage, cottage, two gardens, an orchard, 30 acres of land, 3 acres of meadow and 20 acres of pasture in Woolston and Eatington [Ettington] for £60. Endorsed: 'Mr. Townsend's Indentures'
