Lease from Ann Bartlett, widow, and Basil Bartlett, esq., of the parish of St. Nicholas, Worcester, to John Smith, late of Preston-upon-Stour, now of Willicott in Clifford Chambers, co. Glouc., yeoman, of a messuage and farm in Clifford Chambers and Quinton, late in the tenure of Thomas Edwards and now in the possession of the said John Smith, Ambrose Sheldon and William Hawting for 21 years at a yearly rent of £95 to be increased under certain conditions of tillage. Witnesses: William Baxter, Benjamin Yeates, Richard Hodges and John Smart.
