Mortgage by Thomas Clopton of Clopton, esq., to Henry Bradstreet of Lambeth, co. Surrey, gent., of two closes called Waterman's Closes in the tenure of Richard Smith and two parcels of land called Bells peece in the tenure of John Hall in the lordship of Bridgetowne, for £100.
