Lease for a year from Henry Cookes of Stratford-upon-Avon 'maulster' and Katherine his wife and Josiah Sowtham of Stratford, woolwinder, to Joseph Hunt of Stratford, gent., and Daniel Mason of Stratford, mercer, of three messuages and gardens in Henly Street, Stratford, all adjoining and in the respective tenures of John Mountford, John Cooke and Roger Dooly.
