Covenant dated 1 March 1677/8 (Old style) [1678] by Thomas Milward of Curdworth, esq., and Anne, his wife (one of the four daughters and co-heirs of Edward Darcy, late of Dartford, co. Kent) to levy to Hugh Hutchin Rugeley of Coleshill, gent., a fine of the fourth part of the manor of Curdworth and Minworth and of the capital messuage in Curdworth called the New House and of all other the lands, etc. of the late Edward Darcy in Curdworth and Minworth, Aston near Birmingham and Sutton Coldfield and of a messuage etc. called Ashted Farm in Ashted, co.
