Assignment by Edward Canninge of Upper Eatington [Ettington], butcher (with consent of Jackson Morrell of Atherston upon Stower, yeoman) to William Gibson of Shottery, gent., for £124 of two Mortgages from Jackson Morrell to Edward Canninge of lands in Old Stratford, Bishopton and Welcombe, dated 2 May 1670 and 15 March 1672 , as in ER3/347 ER3/348, to hold for the residue of the terms of 200 years, with right of actual possession if the said Jackson shall make default in paying £3 14s 0d on 16 October and £127 14s. 0d. on 16 April 1677.
