Description

Lease dated 14 March 1700/1 (Old style) [1701], by Ann Milward and Elizabeth Milward of Curdworth, spinsters, only children and heirs of Thomas Milward of Curdworth, esq., to Abraham Hargrave of Minworth, gent., of a messuage, etc. in Minworth, in the parish of Curdworth, with the lands etc. belonging thereto, viz. 3 acres or `daysworks' in Minworth feild, the Mill Meadow, the Lingard's Leyes or the Sitches, one acre 'in the backside of Joseph Lingard', the Pedmore Hades, Smithfeild, one acre or 'day's math' in Curdworth Meadow, 4 acres or 'day's worke' in Greaves feild, 9 acres in Church feild, 4 acres in Dunton feild, and 2 acres in Hill feild, for 7 years, at a yearly rent of £25. Witnesses: Mary Newman, Frances Granger and Oliver Fullwood.
