Linc., mercer, his son and heir, to Robert Fotherby of London, salter, of a close in the nether end of Church Street in Stratford and a barn of four bays on the same, built by, and late in the occupation of, Thomas Taylor, baker, and now in the tenure of George Hurst and Anthony Bell for 500 years, to secure payment of £150 and £4 10s. 0d. interest on 13 October next.
