Conveyance by John Scrooby of Shipston-on-Stour, brazier, to John Copeland of Stratford-upon-Avon, tailor, of a tenement in Wood Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, on the North side of the said street, now or late in the holding of John Woodward, a cottage or tenement now or late of Robert Ingram of Alcester, in the occupation of John Bolton on the West side and a tenement now or late of Robert Edkins in the occupation of John Marshall on the East. Witnesses: Francis Oldfield, William Tibbats, Samuel Baker and Philip Calle.
