Deed of Sale by Thomas Rawlins of Stratford-upon-Avon, Serjeant at Law, to Richard Wayne of Shottery, yeoman, and Thomas Bromfeild of the same, husbandman, and Margaret his wife, daughter of the said Richard Wayne for £36, of a tenement or cottage with garden, etc. in Shottery in the tenure of Thomas Priest, to hold to the use of the said Richard Wayne for life, with remainder to the said Thomas Bromfeild and Margaret his wife in tail and in default to the right heirs of the said Thomas.
