Conveyance by Samuel Holtam of Stratford-upon-Avon, cooper, and Samuel Holtam the younger of the same, cooper, son and heir of the said Samuel the elder and Mary his late wife, to John Copeland the younger of the same, tailor, for the sum of £52 3s. 0d. of a tenement in Wood Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, now or late in the tenure of Thomas White and another messuage adjoining now or late in the tenure of John Hornby, both of which tenements were heretofore in the tenure of John Bolton, carrier, deceased and heretofore belonged to Robert Ingram and Sibilla his wife and Edward Ingram, all late of Stratford-upon-Avon, deceased. Witnesses: William Challoner, Richard Wall and Thomas White.
