Declaration of Trust by William Birch of Henley, surgeon, to William Hunt of Stratford-upon-Avon, gentleman, concerning a tenement and land in the parish of Rowington, in the occupation of Elizabeth Alcock, reciting an indenture of mortgage of same date between William Black late of Tanworth, but now of Old Stratford, gentleman, of the first part, Hugh Black of Stratford-upon-Avon, gentleman, eldest son of the said William by Elizabeth his wife, deceased, of the second part, and the said William Birch of the third part.
