Copy of Court Roll of the Manor of Rowington of William Grove, esq., and Mary his wife, Lady of the Manor, recording that Edward Clopton late of the parish of Old Stratford, died seized of a cottage in the Borough of Stratford within this Manor, now in the tenure of Thomas Bickerton and that Edward Clopton of Clopton, esq., is his heir according to the custom of the said manor, to whom possession was granted.
