Lease and Release: Warwick
Description
Conveyance by Lease and Release dated 19 and 20 October 1785 from Thomas Johnson, late of Old Stratford, but now of the city of Worcester, architect, to Sarah and Anne Lees of Stratford-upon-Avon, spinsters, of a house in Warwick for the term of life of the said Thomas Johnson. Witnesses: William Beresford, baker and J. Barnbroock. Two receipts dated 29 August 1807 and 10 May 1811 and a bill dated August 1783 enclosed.
