Description
Lease, with Counterpart, from Gore Townsend of Honington Hall, esq. to Joseph Elliston the younger of Elmstead, co. Essex, carpenter, of certain lands in Elmstead, co. Essex, for 21 years at a yearly rent of £17 10s 0d, for which Joseph Elliston the elder of Elmstead, timber-merchant, became surety. Witnesses: William Atkinson, William Gardner, John Mills and Ruth Mills.
