Witnesses: Henry de Hatton of Stratford, Robert le Waleys, Roger de la Cornere, John le Wytesmyth and John Begelyn, all of the same place. Dated at Stratford, Monday next after the Annunciation of the Blessed Mary, 10 Edward II [1317].
