Description

Indenture and Counterpart of final agreement made in the Court of Westminster, Trinity Term 1800 before John Lord Elden, Francis Buller, John Heath and Giles Rooke, justices, between John Howkins, plaintiff, and William Walford and Frances his wife and William Walford the younger, deforciants, of two messuages, six barns, six stables, 300 acres of land, 100 acres of meadow and 100 acres of pasture, also of the tithes of corn, grain and hay issuing out of the premises in Honington. With attested copy.
