Description
Indentures of Lease and Release between William Canning of Whatcote, maltster of the one part, and Joseph Townsend of Honington, esq. of the other part, whereby William Canning, in consideration of £34 10s 0d to him paid by Joseph Townsend, conveyed to Joseph Townsend the close called St. Dennis mentioned in ER3/2080-2081 and conveyed to William Canning by William Neale the younger. Witnesses: Thomas Mander and Harry Mander. With Bond to perform covenants.
