Reconveyance by Lease and Release dated 24 25 April 1744, from William Wade of Walsoken, co. Norfolk, esq. (late Major in H. M. Regiment of Horse commanded by the Honourable Lieutenant-General Wade) to Edward Gibbs formerly of Old Stratford but then of Warwick, esq. (Cornet of the same Regiment) reciting ER3/2091, in consideration of £2020 of the hereditaments referred to in ER3/2087, free from the mortgage created by ER3/2091. Witnesses: Francis Smart and A. Smith. With Copies attested, 29 August 1812, by Henry Hitchmough and W. Woolston, clerks to Mr. Golby, Solicitor of Banbury.
