Description

Indenture of Bargain and Sale between Sir Henry John Parker of Honington, Bart. (eldest son and heir of Hugh Parker, esq. by Ann his wife and grandson of Sir Henry Parker) of the first part, Francis Loggin of Grays Inn, co. Middx. of the second part, and George Wadeson of Shipston-on-Stour, esq. of the third part, whereby Sir Henry John Parker conveyed to Francis Loggin the manor of Honington and all his estates therein or derived by him from the settlement made by ER3/1993, to the intent that the said Francis Loggin should be tenant in a recovery wherein George Wadeson should be demandant and Sir Henry John Parker vouchee to enure to the use of Sir Henry John Parker and his heirs for ever. Witnesses: Thomas Middleton junior and Joseph Hunt.
