Draft Assignment dated 3 January 1742/3 (Old style) [1743], of annuities Nos 2371-2380 by Joseph Townsend of Honington Hall, esq. to General George Wade and Taylor White, esq. of Lincoln's Inn, London, for the residue of the term of the said annuities, namely 96 years, so long as John Colman of Narwick, co. Essex, gent. and Charlotte, his wife should live. Together with receipt (1742) and correspondence (1775) attached.
