Deed poll under the hand of Ann Newman of Fillongley, widow, assigning to her daughter Jane Newman all her household goods, cattle, implements of husbandry, corn and grain, crowing crops and all other her personal estate provided that, if at any time thereafter the said Ann Newman should pay the said Jane Newman 12 pence with intent to frustrate that Deed in writing, that assignment should be null and void. Memorandum of delivery of possession of the said personal estate of Ann Newman, witnessed by William Whadcocke, Thomas Phillips and Ann Phillips.
