Attested Copy of exemplification of a Recovery made Trinity Term 1740, of six acres of land, 120 acres of meadow and 220 acres of pasture, with appurtenances, in Nollands and Sidenalls in the parish of Honington, made in the Court of Common Pleas at Westminster before Sir John Willes, Knight, and his brethren, wherein Samuel Tyler was demandant, Robert Gardner, gent., tenant and Edward Gibbs, esq. vouchee. Attested, 29 August 1812, by Henry Hitchmough and W. Woolston, clerks to Mr. Golby, Solicitor of Banbury.
