Covenant to Produce Deeds: Nollands Farm, Honington

Description

Indenture of Covenant between Agnes Walford of Banbury, widow, William Walford of Banbury, esq., Anne Walford of Banbury, spinster, and Edward Gibbs Walford of the same place, clerk of the one part, and Gore Townsend of the other part (reciting the sale by the persons of the first part to Gore Townsend of Nollands Farm and that the deeds thereof related also to other lands of the persons of the first part whereby it was witnessed that the persons of the first part covenanted with Gore Townsend to produce the deeds (specified in schedule thereto) to Gore Townsend at all reasonable times. Witnesses: Thomas Kitts Walford of Uxbridge and Samuel Breadstry, his clerk, J. W. Golby and Henry Hitchmough his clerk, both of Banbury.
