Indenture and Counterpart of a Fine levied in the Court of Common Pleas at Westminster, Trinity Term 1765, before Charles Pratt, Edward Clive, Henry Bathurst, and Henry Gould, H.M. Justices, between John Bird, esq., plaintiff, and Diana Molyneux, spinster, and Thomas Bury, esq., and Mary Elizabeth his wife, deforciants, of two messuages, two barns, two stables, one garden, one orchard, thirty acres of land and thirty acres of pasture in Kenilworth; and one messuage, thirty acres of land, seventeen acres of meadow, twenty two acres of pasture and common of pasture for all cattle in Halloughton and in the parishes of Kingsbury and Nether Whitacre, together with all manner of tithes in Halloughton.
