Lease and Release: Honington
Description
Indentures of Lease and Release between William Neale of Whatcote, yeoman, of the one part, and William Canning of the same place, yeoman, of the other part (reciting that William Neale was indebted to William Canning in the sum of £129 10s 0d, set out in schedule thereto) whereby it was witnessed that William Neale, in consideration of £35 of the said debt being discharged by the said William Canning, conveyed to William Canning a close in Honington called Saint Denise, part of the premises granted to William Neale the elder, father of William Neale the younger, by Henry Dodd and Susannah, his wife.
