Mortgage from William Walford the elder of Banbury, gent., and Frances his wife, and William Walford the younger of the same place, their eldest son, to John Howkins of Warmington, maltster, in consideration of £2,000, of all the premises described in ER3/2087 for a term of 1000 years, subject to a proviso for redemption upon repayment of £2,000 with interest. Covenant by William Walford and Frances to levy a fine of the hereditaments to the use of John Howkins for a term of 1000 years. Witnesses: J. W. Golby and John Munton. With attested copy.
