Articles of agreement dated 20 February 1720/21 (Old style) [1721], between Edmund Mason of the borough of Southwark, co. Surrey, distiller, and Nathaniel Mason of Stratford-upon-Avon, gent., for the purchase, for £275, of one yard land in the common fields of Halford in the occupation of Edmund Mason, and the seat or pew in Halford Church theretofore enjoyed by the said Edmund and his father Edmund Mason in respect of the said yard land. Witnesses: Robert Meese and Thomas Mason. Statement of amount in connection with the above.
