Appointment of Trustees: Sidenalls, Honington

Description

Indenture of Appointment dated 25 May 1790, between William Walford of Banbury, esq., and Frances his wife, of the one part, and William Eaves of Stratford-upon-Avon, gent., John Preston of the same place, surgeon, and William Lord of the same place, gent., of the other part (reciting as in ER3/2105 and that William Walford had become bound to John Preston and William Lord upon a bond for £1000, directed to be raised by ER3/2101-2104 by Joseph Greene and William Scott as a portion for the younger children of William Walford and Frances his wife) whereby it was witnessed that they, the said William Walford and Frances his wife, directed and appointed Joseph Greene and William Scott, after the death of Agnes Gibbs to hold the sum of £1000 (limited by ER3/2101-2104) to the use of William Eaves, John Preston and William Lord, and it was further witnessed that, for the better securing of the said £1000 so advanced, they, the said William Walford and Frances his wife, mortgaged all their undivided moiety in premises called Sidenalls to William Eaves, John Preston and William Lord by demise of a term of 99 years (subject to the annuity of £30 to Marcella Gibbs) subject to provisos for redemption. Witnesses: J. W. Golby and Susanna Sanae. With copy, attested 3 September 1813, by J. W. B. Bellamy and John Snow, clerks to Messrs. Bellamy Banister, Solicitors of Shipston-on-Stour.
