Indentures of Lease and Release between Samuel Anker of Cropredy, co. Oxon., grazier, of the first part, William Walford of Banbury, gent., of the second part, and William Milward of Banbury, ironmonger, of the third part (reciting ER3/2146-2147 and that Samuel Anker had called in the mortgage debt of £2000, all interest thereon having been paid), whereby it was witnessed that Samuel Anker (at the direction of William Walford and in consideration of £2000 to him paid by William Milward at the request of, and as the debt of, William Walford) transferred the mortgage for £2000 upon the undivided moiety of the residue of the premises (settled by ER3/2102 and not sold to the Townsends) created by ER3/2146-2147.
