Lease and Release: Halford

Description

Conveyance by Lease and Release from William Knibb, yeoman, and Mary his wife, to Nathaniel Mason of Stratford-upon-Avon, gent., for £120, of a barn of three bays near the street at Halford with a lean-to at the end thereof, the foddering yard and well to the said barn belonging, and all the ground whereon a stable, pig sty and cart hovel then lately stood adjoining the said yard; all which premises were late in the occupation of William Canning and then of William Knibb. Witnesses: Mary Maids, Robert Hiron and Thomas Mason.
