Abstract of indentures of Lease and Release, dated 29 30 September 1812, between Jacob Earl of Radnor, Lord Eldon, Thomas and Henry Windsor of the first part, Gore Townsend and Thomas Townsend of Myton House of the second part and Samuel Wright and Edward Wright of Shipston-on-Stour, gents., of the third part, whereby the persons of the first part, with the consent of Gore and Thomas Townsend and in consideration of £4,000 to them paid by Samuel Wright, conveyed to Samuel Wright a Farm called Porto Bello Farm in the parish of Stretton-on-Fosse; and abstract of the will of the said Samuel Wright, proved 14 September 1815.
